Q: What are the accepted forms of payment?
A: We accept debit card and credit card. Absolutely no pre paid cards, gifts cards or pre paid VISAs.
Q: How do I know when my reservation is confirmed?
A: You will receive by e-mail your voucher of reservation, with the summary of your choices.
How do I cancel my reservation?
You can cancel your reservation up to 72 hours before your scheduled date. Any cancellation will incur a $50 administrative fee.
Can I pick up at one location and return at another address?
Yes as long as the drop off area is within 50km of our office. A one way rental charge will be added to you rental agreement. Drop off charges range from $100 to $250 depending on the location.
Q: Can I take your vehicle out of the province which I’m renting?
A: Yes, under certain circumstances we allow cross border crossing. Permission must be acquired from our office directly. Since specific restrictions apply it is best to call in and ask about this before you rent.
Q: Can someone else drive the car that I rented?
A: Yes. Additional drivers must meet all qualifications as the primary drivers in regards to age, license and major credit card.
Q: Do you charge to refuel the vehicle?
Yes vehicles must be returned with the same amount of fuel as at the start to avoid refueling charges. If you bring the tank back and it is not at the same level as when you picked up the car a $125 fee will be billed to your account.
Q: Do you offer pick up services?
Yes pick up services are only available by prior appointment. Please contact us to arrange pick up service.
Q: Do you require a deposit to rent a vehicle?
Yes we require a 30% charge on your credit card hold to reserve your vehicle of voice.
Q: Do you offer roadside assistance?
A: Yes Drive Today Auto Rentals offers roadside assistance at the time of pick up.
Q: Can I rent additional equipment with my vehicle?
Yes we have a few different items for rent to help increase your comfort, safety and convenience. We offer GPS unit, car seat, storage rack.
